Streets Of Your Town, the award-winning two-part ABC Arts series, has been nominated into two categories for the 2017 ATOM Awards.
The series, hosted by Tim “Rosso” Ross, follows the transformation of our suburbs since WWII, from Modernism to McMansionism.
It has been nominated in the Best Factual TV Series and Best Arts Documentary categories.
Since 1982, the ATOM Awards have been celebrating the best of Australian and New Zealand screen content from the education sector and screen industry professionals.
They are the second-longest-running film and media awards in Australia, behind the AFI/AACTA Awards.
Streets Of Your Town has already won the 2017 Australian Director’s Guild award and the 2017 Australian Writer’s Guild award, and was a finalist at the 2016 Screen Producers of Australia for Best Documentary Series.
The awards are presented in Melbourne on November 30.
